Why I’m Running

I’ve spent my life believing that good leadership starts with listening. For decades, I’ve worked alongside neighbors, local leaders, and community groups to make our region stronger. Collaboration isn’t just how we solve problems. It’s how we build trust.

I’m running for the Santa Clara Valley Water District. I believe our community deserves clear communication. Our community also needs responsible management. We need leadership that puts people before politics. Water is one of our most vital shared resources. We need steady, experienced hands to protect it for the future.

I’m proud to call this community home. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges we face. They range from aging infrastructure and drought resilience to affordability and environmental protection. But I also know what we can achieve when we work together. My goal is simple: bring transparency, accountability, and teamwork back to Valley Water.

This campaign isn’t about me—it’s about us. Together, we can make sure the Water District reflects the values and priorities of the people it serves.
